"Hi Mandi, The trip was great overall. The cruise itself was amazing. Going to College Fjord was probably the highlight followed by Glacier Bay (a close second). We saw a lot of glacial calving of the Harvard Glacier in College Fjord. Otherwise Skagway was beautiful and Junea and Ketchikan were very nice too. The Bald Eagles around Ketchikan were amazing. The ship was extremely organized. It was impressive. The food was very good. .... Overall it was a great vacation and definitely our best. We are all happy we did it and I'd recommend it to anyone. I'm trying to get them to think about next year's vacation. Hopefully we can come up with some ideas in July."

"The trip was wonderful - lots of great memories were made. All the arrangements (flights, hotels, cars, cab transfers) went as planned..... Wine country was fun - Penny even learned to enjoy good red wine. We toured Pear Harbor, the Dole plantation and the north shore on Oahu. On Maui we enjoyed the pool and beach, the LeLe Luau was outstanding, I play the Kaanapali Kai golf course, shopping in Lahaina, lots of great dinners/mai tais and just cruising around the island made the time pass too quickly. It was a great way to celebrate 50 years together."

I think the trip, overall, was a huge success. Everything went as planned. Having that app "Trip Plans" was fabulous. I referred to that SO many times for details, using both the schedule by day and the pdf of the Final Itinerary. Both had different info that I needed to see.... I think Swiss Travel did a great job of summarizing the itinerary & communicating to me throughout the trip, i.e., when a tour was rescheduled or confirming some (but not all) pick ups. Pretty impressed with their support.... I really appreciated your communication with me during the trip, particularly getting the upgrade back for me.... I had an absolutely fabulous time. I was traveling alone but never felt alone. You did an AMAZING job on this, Amber, and I have already told people about you and your help. We will definitely work together again in the near future!

"Our family of 10 traveled to Riviera Maya during the 2021 holidays and the trip was wonderful! Mandi helped set up all details and everything worked like clockwork. Airfare from multiple cities, transfers, multiple hotel rooms, COVID testing protocols - everything was perfect. The Valentin Imperial was a beautiful and accommodating all-inclusive for our large and diverse group. The staff there and the workers on our excursions were all friendly and helpful. I think they are so happy to have tourists back! With glaring headlines every day in the media about COVID surge and thousands of cancelled flights, people wondered why we were going. "My husband and I planned our recent honeymoon with Amber from The Travel Agent, Inc. She made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Once we chose our destination of Nobu Los Cabos, Amber handled everything from flights, to transport from the airport, accommodations and even activities and excursions. Everything was on one itinerary that we were able to print out and take with us, and included detailed descriptions and instructions including where to meet our driver at the airport, what their uniform would look like and what type of car they would be driving. The resort, amenities and service were amazing, and the food was over the top phenomenal! Claudia was our resort ambassador. She gave us her phone number upon check-in and stayed in communication with us via text message throughout our stay to book dinner reservations, answer questions, and even helped me plan a private dinner on the beach as a surprise for my husband's birthday! While we were at dinner, she surprised both my husband and I by decorating our room with balloons and leaving birthday cake! We were a bit nervous about what to expect in regards to traveling internationally during Covid. We quickly realized there was really no reason for concern, and aside from answering a couple of questions at the airport about whether we had Covid symptoms, it was a non-issue. The United States required a negative covid test to return, and the hotel offered free testing in house, which they scheduled with us when we checked in. The testing was quick and convenient and they emailed the results to us quickly with a link to where we needed to send and upload the results before our flight home. They also did a good job of explaining what would happen in the event that we tested positive, and offered a highly discounted room rate so that you could stay until you could return home. We were pleasantly surprised by just how easy the entire process was. We will definitely be planning future vacations with The Travel Agent!"

Amber, Hi. We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend the Resort at Longboat Key & the area. It was perfect for not being crowded on the beach w/ Covid concerns. The beach is for guests only & beautiful!....Thanks so much for finding the perfect spot for us for spring break :)

Hi Mandi, "Thank you for your recommendation and putting the trip together. The resort was absolutely beautiful. The infinity pools, the palm trees in the main pool, the infinity pool in out "preferred" area overlooking the gulf and the golf course were exceptional.... Overall: Exceeded expectations. Very easy to get in and out, transportation efficient. Delta flights were great. Secrets was organized and on time with the quick result COVID test. Tell your next group that going into San Jose is a must. It really added something to the experience. You did a great job!! Big time pressure on you, trying to make sure the trip meets the expectations for the money."
