Miss Dosey: I want to thank you for a superlative job. Well done.
We are now back home after a wonderful holiday in South Carolina.

Shirley,
Thank you for your help in Vegas. After you called, they were leaping to help us, and they made our stay soooo terrific. The hotel manager was professional and wonderful, and we had the best time.
We saw the Platters, the Coasters and the Marvelettes playing at the RIO. For us, it was a show of a lifetime, the best we had or probably will ever see. We bought pictures and got to meet and greet all the performers after the show. It was money well spent.
We have you to thank because without the call you made we would have never had such a good time. We are sure they were going to put us in a different room, still nice room but not overlooking the fountain of Bellagio. So, thanks for calling them so fast. They totally snapped to attention after you called them. It was like night and day difference. The Cosmopolitan was beautiful and exceptionally modern (Loved that).
Oh, one other thing - what kind of trips do you specialize in? I plan to travel internationally next year.
Thanks again,
Nancy M.

Mark's trip to the East Coast:
I just returned from Boston and Cape Cod and as a quick update, it was great.
I would recommend this to most anyone especially good for young families – The Freedom trail and all the history plus great shopping. Also the food is outstanding – Seafood everywhere, Little Italy, China Town, and there are a few Irish Pubs! I stayed at the Omi Parker House – in the heart of the city – economical (be sure to get only one bed in a room as the rooms are to small for 2 Queens) My new best find is The Liberty Hotel. http://www.libertyhotel.com/ It is an old jail converted to rooms - YOU MUST GET THE CITY VIEW – Also views of the water. It is a hip – trendy hotel – a new bar in the old jail with steel bar doors and pictures of current celebrities arrested – Mickey Rourke, Lindsey Lohan, Charley Sheen, even Richard Branson for marijuana! No need for a car rental – Cabs are cheap, $2.00 ferry runs across the water, I rented a Segway as a hoot as you go everywhere in a hurry and you can walk anywhere after that. There is a daily Ferry to Province Town on the Cape for a real experience in culture
It was fun and I would do it again!

Geraldine:
Got back yesterday.
Trip was fabulous. All travel arrangements went without a hitch.
Loved Inn at the Market. It was clear all three full days we were in Seattle so view room was worth every penny. You may want to advise others that if forecast is iffy, a better option is city view and then use deck if sun comes out for a clear day. We had wine and cheese each night on deck with view of both Rainer and Olympic mountains. But if you think it will be clear, get the view room.
Westin in Vancouver was also great. Very close to Stanley park yet walking distance to Canada Place. Super restaurants also very close.
Victoria hotel was also perfect. Victoria is small city so no need for cabs unless raining. Great view of harbor and balcony was used each day.
It was fun doing Amtrac and the ferries. Do recommend to any other travelers to these cities. Absolutely no reason to rent car unless you want to travel in countryside.
We will use you again.
Thanks so much
Bob and Karen

Dennis,

Dennis,
Jim and I wanted to say Thank You for all your help with our cruise to Alaska. We had such a good time at the whale watching today... We saw at least 12 orca and 14 humpback whales! What a nice group you set us up with. The dog sled with helicopter ride we would recommend to everyone who comes here. Such a great experience! The Pinnacle Grill was fantastic! Wonderful table by the window.
Thank you again Dennis.

Dennis,
Yes we are all back safe and sound. All of us loved the ship and the Reagent Seven Seas experience. The food and wine with dinner was wonderful. The room was large for our price range and the walk in closet made it so easy to keep the room neat without things laying all about. The service from all the staff was excellent and surprisingly the evening entertainment by the singers and dancers was very good.
The shore excursions were excellent. We really enjoyed all of our tour guides especially the Vatican and Ephesus. All of our excursions were excellent and even the weather did not interfere with any of the shore excursions that Becky and I chose. There was snow on Mount Etna which was great. It rained at Rome and Pompeii but that did not distract from the magnificence.
The Virtuoso tour to Ephesus was excellent in every respect. Our tour guide was wonderful.
Becky and I loved every minute except the plane ride home.
Thanks for everything you did to help us!!!!!

Hi Dennis,
The cruise was awesome! For 2 first-timers, we had no problems with cruising and we fell in love with it. What a fabulous way to travel! The ms Oosterdam was beautiful. The crew was very friendly and professional. They made us feel at home. We enjoyed having a verandah as well. We couldn't imagine having just a window or no window at all. The "splurge" on the verandah was worth every penny. The food was great, too. We want to thank you again for our dinner at the Pinnacle Grill. It was delicious!! We had fun exploring the ship and learning where everything was.
Our favorite stop was Juneau. We did the sled dog/musher's camp, Mt. Robert's Tram, and whale watching. We enjoyed our time there immensely. We saw a TON of whales on our excursion! One of the guides on the boat couldn't get over how many whales were out, orcas & humpbacks, and said we were very fortunate to see as many as we did. It was phenomenal.
We have so many wonderful, happy memories from this trip. I think we're still on an Alaskan "high" and we're definitely in denial that it's already over. We'll have to forward some of our favorite photos to you. We literally took hundreds of pictures as well as some videos. Thanks again for helping us plan such an amazing vacation!!

Dennis,
Everything went great, right up until the day I had to come back to work:) Everyone in Greece were very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional and the scenery was beautiful. We really enjoyed the Plaka and then who wouldn't love Mykonos. Thank you for all you did in arranging the trip. We will definitely be calling on you again (as soon as I save some more money).
Thanks again,

I just wanted to take time and bring to your attention of Ms. Julie Tourville's awesome service she provides whenever I need her assistance. And I am quite sure that her professionalism extends to all who call/e-mail her on a daily basis. Her promptness and attention to details make my traveling so much less stressful. I have been more than satisfied on every trip she has assisted.
I've been a MLB scout for the past 10 years and due to my nature of business, I fly overseas quite frequently. And I've dealt with many travel agents in the past, but Ms. Tourville's caring, friendly and professional service is second to none. She is the best in what she does.
Sure, she is only doing her job, but when you are stranded at a foreign land with unfamiliar settings, someone like Ms. Tourville at your side can greatly ease your trip. She is indeed my Personal Travel Advisor.

Brenda,
Dropping a line to say how fabulous our Cruise was – from the time we boarded the plane in Cincinnati until we returned home. Sutton Place in Vancouver has top notch, and we had a nice day seeing the sights and getting a great dinner overlooking the City. We had no problems at all with Princess cruises, and the weather cooperated; locals said it was the best they’d seen all summers (rained in Ketchikan, but was warm). All transfers went well and the suggestion to go to Egan center in Anchorage for a connection to the Airport was great.
Thanks for all of your help in designing and delivering on the vacation. Very much appreciated your guiding us through the maze – we definitely feel that you got us the best deal. We’ll definitely contact you for future cruises.
Mark, our chance meeting was a win-win for both. Thanks for steering us to Brenda – she represents your agency well.
Best regards,
Brian and Sue C.

Dear Travel Agent:
This is to send you notice of kudos for Andi Dosey, who has helped make our vacations over the last several years so very pleasurable.
We think Andi is a superb example of true professionalism. She has been a terrific guide for our decisions regarding our vacations over a number of years, has taken charge fully of the process of arranging everything for us, and has been totally responsive to any concerns we have had along the way. In addition, she is a delightful personality, so congenial and a pleasure to work with.
I want to mention her help above and beyond the call of duty two and a half years ago when we had planned a month's custom travel to Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. After spending months arranging, air, accommodations, transfers to and from airports, private tour guides, etc., we were set to leave. Nine days before our departure, my husband underwent emergency bypass surgery and we had to cancel our trip.
She has just finished helping us plan a land tour/cruise, which we are very excited about, and we look forward to working with her many times more in the future.
Given our experience, I'm sure you must be aware of her excellence and how much she is valued by her clients.
Thank you for your attention!

Dear Mr. Moorhead,
Thank you for your welcoming letter. I just wanted to let you know how appreciative we are for the help Brenda provided in planning our cruise. She is so informative about the many twists and turns of cruising. There is absolutely no way we would have experienced all that we did without her guidance. She is definitely an asset to your agency. I also want you to know that our introduction to Brenda came from Elaine at your Keystone Mall location who had told me that travel outside the country would merit the use of a travel agency. So, it was from Elaine’s advice that we contacted your agency. It definitely was the trip of our lifetime so far and we look forward to several more. Thank you for the service you provide.

Kay:
Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. It has been years since I used a travel agent; the internet seems to make the task of booking travel easier and cheaper. In fact, you were able to find a flight I had not located, and beat the best price I had found by close to $100. I am pleased that your agency is in our Higher Markets system so that we might use a professional and direct charge our travel account rather than obligating our personal funds, sometimes until after the travel is completed.
I will share this experience with the faculty in Lafayette.
Thanks again,
David B.

We can't thank you enough for making our vacation a pleasant experience, with a lot of good memories to cherish and share with our family and friends.
I have already told people that you are the best and I recommend you above all others.
Thanks again,

Julie:
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your help and cooperation this spring. These last few weeks I didn’t make it easy on you with text messages and changed plans while bothering you at night and at home. You were great and it is appreciated.
I’m headed to Milwaukee tonight and will probably be locked in until after the draft in June.
Once again you were a big help and it is appreciated.
Thanks for making my hectic spring workable,
Jack Z.
